
Take the following steps to attempt to resolve the issue:

When the Customizer window appears, add a check next to "Additional Import Filters" and click "Next" twice. In EndNote, click the EndNote drop down menu in the top left hand corner of the screen and choose "Customizer". Check to see if the correct filter is missing from the "Filters" folder.If you are prompted to select an import filter:
